About Us

Carpenders Care Limited is a dedicated provider of a wide range of domiciliary care services for people with reduced ability to care for themselves. At Carpenders Care Limited, we provide a wide range of practical help and support to people in the community who, because of extreme frailty, disability or illness, require assistance in their own homes. We assist them to stay living in their own homes, close to their loved ones and local community.At home, our service users can carry on as normal a life as possible, in dignity and surrounded by their own belongings. We are accredited and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC – Click here to see our latest inspection report) and a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

At Carpenders Care Limited, we recognise the need for care to be delivered by a skilled, honest, conscientious and motivated workforce. We are committed to the recruitment and training of our staff in the delivery of care to a high standard.We have a number of services throughout England, with new services currently being developed.All our staff are thoroughly screened, trained, insured and DBS checked, in-depth references are also obtained.

End of life care can help those with a terminal illness or terminal condition that has become advanced, progressive and incurable. End of life care is personal for each customer, each having unique needs for information and support.

This is designed to support you with day-to-day personal and domestic tasks so that you can live as independently as possible in your own home.

Respite care is the provision of short-term, temporary relief to those who are caring for family members. Carpenders Care can provide a planned programme of care visits, for a few hours through to a few weeks, for families and those providing unpaid care.

The care we provide for people with learning disabilities is tailored to each individual’s needs. Carpenders Care does not believe in ‘one size fits all’.



Our staff are all trained to the highest standards and of course DBS checks are compulsory for all our team members.

To ensure you receive the highest quality of care our continuous training policy means we are all trained to government standards and beyond. Our team is always up-to-date on the latest health and safety issues.

All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care. We have a strong consistent base of home-care staff that comes from a variety of backgrounds and range in age from 18+ years.

We also have both female and male carers available, many whom have their own transport.

It is compulsory for all carers at Carpenders Care Limited to undertake and complete the induction course before commencing any care duties. This will involve commitment and participation in ongoing set programmes e.g Fire safety, Food Hygiene, personal Hygiene etc.

I like to go shopping, sightseeing, theatre, Cinema, swimming pool etc – would Carpender Care be able to help?

Carpender Care can provide an escort service.

How do I pay for my care service?

If your care is not funded by Social Services you can pay for your care by direct debit, by standing order with your bank, by cheque or postal order.
